Life

Her career began when her aunt showed photos of the then six-year-old Kellie to actor and producer Michael Landon , whose children she was watching. Landon then gave Kellie a small role in an episode of his television series Father Murphy .

In the following years she appeared in numerous television films and series, including Baywatch - The Lifeguards of Malibu and seaQuest DSV , and worked as a spokesperson for cartoon characters.

For her role in the TV series Everything Okay, Corky? she was awarded the Young Artist Award twice.

In 1998 she got the role of medical student Lucy Knight in the hit series Emergency Room . After two years, she left the series at her own request, officially to finish her studies at the elite Yale University . However, it has been suggested that working on the hospital series reminded her too much of the death of her sister, who died of lupus erythematosus in 1998 .

After leaving Emergency Room , Martin attracted attention mainly through her role in the television film series Mystery Woman , for which she also works as a director. From 2003 to 2007 ten films were released in the series. Since 2015 she has been the leading actress in a film series entitled Hailey Dean Mystery . Her work as an actress includes more than 80 productions.
