The Kieneck is 1106  m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Gutenstein Alps in Lower Austria . The summit is in the municipality of Furth an der Triesting , near the borders with the neighboring municipalities of Muggendorf and Ramsau .

The Enzianhütte of the Austrian Alpine Club is located on the summit .

The Kieneck is roughly in the middle of the triangle Araburg in the north, Almesbrunnberg in the southeast and Unterberg in the southwest.
