Killing Moon is an American-Canadian action thriller directed by John Bradshaw from 2000. The reference title is Killing Virus - Death Flight 335 .

action

A man bleeds from his body orifices and collapses dead in an airport toilet. His companion, Bill Hastings, boarded the aircraft with flight number 335, which is to fly from the Hawaiian island of Moloka'i to Honolulu . Hastings has become infected and is showing symptoms of the disease. The pilot speaks to him and learns that he has stolen a vial from a laboratory, and Hastings dies soon after. The pilot notifies flight control about a possibly contagious disease on board. The central disease control is notified. The doctor on board, Dr. Yamada informs and takes care of the passengers. In his opinion, all travelers are already infected by a virus. From an air force base in California, the flight to Los Angeles is diverted to a military airfield. Frank Conroy, head of national security, speaks of a threat and considers whether to consent to a landing.

The epidemic continues to spread on board and disable the pilots. The hobby pilot Teri Sands takes control of the machine, as she has experience with a Cessna . A hemophilia on board dies. With the help of his medication, Dr. Yamada saved some of the passengers as it stabilized blood clotting. The passengers keep quiet except for the entrepreneur Clayton Durrell. He had no luck and is dissatisfied with the distribution. He offers a fellow traveler US $ 250,000 for the drug, but the latter refuses. More deaths occur.

Laura Chadwick, who is investigating the disease on the ground, believes it is a special type of radiation poisoning with a genetic cause. She notices that no medical preparations are being made at the airport and indignantly confronts Conroy. The United States military is not interested in the safe landing because they want to hide the fact that the virus was developed in a military laboratory. Due to a given wrong course, the plane almost crashes into the mountains. The pilot has lost confidence and mostly flies below the radar to simulate a crash. In the absence of Conroy, the air traffic controller, Tag Hunt and Laura Chadwick, can assist in a safe landing, and a large proportion of the passengers are rescued. Clayton dies just before the rescue workers arrive. Conroy is taken away.
