Kim Seo-ra (born February 23, 1993 ) is a South Korean biathlete .

Kim Seo-ra made her international debut at the junior competitions of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2010 in Duszniki-Zdrój , where she was twelfth in sprint and pursuit and tenth with the relay. At the start of the 2010/11 season of the IBU Cup , she contested her first race in Europe in Beitostølen . In the first sprint she missed a point win as 48th, in the following sprint she won points for the first time in 28th. Her best result in the racing series, she reached 23rd of a single in the further course of the season in Nové Město na Moravě . In the same season the debut in the biathlon world cup followed in Obertilliach . With Jo In-hee , Mun Ji-hee and Kim Mi-seon she was 19th in a relay race. The first individual race followed in Ruhpolding , and she finished 88th in this sprint race. The first major international event was the Winter Asian Games 2011 in Almaty . There Kim came in fourth place in the season alongside Chu Kyoung-mi , Mun Ji-hee and Kim Kyung-nam . In the 2011/12 season , Kim achieved her best result in the World Cup so far with 74th place in a sprint in Oberhof .
