Kirsty Balfour (born February 21, 1984 in Edinburgh ) is a Scottish swimmer . Your main stretch is the breaststroke . Balfour lives and trains in Edinburgh. After participating in the Olympic Games in Beijing , she announced the end of her active career in November 2008. At the same time she married her partner David Kettles. Her father Scott Balfour was triathlon world champion at the Ironman in the age group 55 to 60 in 2004 .
