The Kisei Main Line ( Japanese 紀 勢 本 線 Kisei-honsen ) is a Japanese railway line that runs between Kameyama stations in Mie Prefecture and Wakayamashi in Wakayama Prefecture . From Kameyama to Shingū it is operated by the Central Japan Railway Company and from Shingū to Wakayamashi by the West Japan Railway Company .
