Klaus-Peter Hesse
Klaus-Peter Hesse (born July 31, 1967 in Hamburg ) is an association official and former German politician of the CDU . From 1997 to 2015 he was a member of the Hamburg Parliament .

Hesse is married and has two children.
education and profession
Klaus-Peter Hesse graduated from the Heidberg high school in Hamburg-Langenhorn in 1987 with the Abitur. After training as a businessman in the real estate and housing industry at the Hamburg housing company SAGA , Hesse started his own business in the field of poster advertising. During this time he also completed various training courses in the real estate sector. In 1995 he became a specialist in the real estate and housing industry . Since 2001 he has been working as a freelance real estate expert after further training. From 2009 to 2011 Hesse was press spokesman for the ZIA Zentraler Immobilienausschuss e. V. and since August 1st 2011 its managing director. He has been the management spokesman since 2019. On September 1, 2020, Hesse will move to the Hamburg project developer ECE , where he will take on the newly created role of Director City Development & Acquisition in the Work + Live management area.
Hesse is an elected member of the association council of the German Association for Housing, Urban Development and Spatial Planning , the GETEC real estate advisory board, the DGNB real estate advisory board and the Expo Real advisory board .
Political party
In 1984 Hesse joined the CDU and the Junge Union . After various posts in the district and district associations of the JU, he became their deputy state chairman in 1992 and state chairman in 1993. In the years 1993–2000 and 2004–2008 he was also a member of the state executive committee of the CDU Hamburg. From 2001 to 2012 he was the local chairman of the CDU Fuhlsbüttel / Ohlsdorf / Klein Borstel . Hesse was at times also a member of the CDU federal technical committees for structural policy and sport.
mandate
From 1991 to 1997 he held various mandates in various committees of the Hamburg-Nord district assembly (local and urban planning committee). 1993–1997 and 2001 he was a deputy of the building authorities and there in the sub-committees for housing and building award. Since 1997 Klaus-Peter Hesse has been a member of the Hamburg Parliament and since 2004 the specialist spokesman for his parliamentary group for transport. From 2004 to 2011 he was also the parliamentary managing director of the CDU parliamentary group. Most recently he was a member of the Transport Committee and the Urban Development Committee. In the 2015 mayor election , he did not run for professional reasons.
