Klein St. Veit is a cadastral community and a place in the municipality of Feldkirchen in Carinthia . The village of Klein St. Veit has 79 inhabitants (as of 2001).
Klein St. Veit is located on the western foothills of the Freudenberg , in the west lies the Maltschacher See , in the south the Tigringer See and in the north the Glantal and the Simonhöhe .
The parish church of St. Vitus , surrounded by a cemetery , was first mentioned in a document in 1136, as an independent parish between 1260 and 1269. Today's church building is essentially Gothic and dates from the 14th century. In the first half of the 19th century it was extended to the west. Attached to the church is a two-story, baroque rectory with a mighty ornamental barn. In the church there is an organ made by the organ builder Anton Müller .
