The Klinkbachtal nature reserve is located in the Trier-Saarburg district in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The 172.22 hectare nature reserve, which was placed under nature protection by ordinance of April 20, 2006 , extends between the B 268 in the west and the municipality of Lampaden in the northeast.

It is a flowing water ecosystem of the Klinkbach and its tributaries with the adjacent source brook and brook bank forests.
