The Eiderberg bei Freudenburg nature reserve is located in the Trier-Saarburg district in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The 33.82 hectare nature reserve, which was placed under nature protection by ordinance of May 5, 1995 , extends east of the local community of Freudenburg . The 439 m high Eiderberg rises in the northern area. The state road L 131 runs not far to the west and the L 133 not far to the south.

It is an area with species-rich limestone grasslands , shrubbery, bush fringes and former limestone quarries .
