Klobenjochspitze

The Klobenjochspitze or the Klobenjoch for short is 2041  m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Rofan at the Achensee in Tyrol .

Although the Klobenjoch only has a comparatively low notch height of 86 m, the summit appears as a mighty, isolated mountain while driving on the Achenseestraße towards Inntal shortly after Achenkirch , as you can neither see the connecting ridge nor the actual Rofanstock from the valley. From the summit you have a beautiful view of Lake Achensee and the Falzthurntal in the Karwendel, which begins on the opposite side of the lake .

ways

There is no marked path to the Klobenjoch, the usual ascent is from the Dalfazalm . First of all, the slope is crossed from the Dalfazalm on a path in a north-westerly direction, then you reach the ridge without a path through a prominent meadow hollow. Here you turn to the right and reach the summit somewhat laboriously through dense pine fields . Shortly before the highest point you have to cross an approximately 2 m wide crevice (I).
