The combined pyramid world championship 2007 was the first edition of the world championship in the pool discipline combined pyramid . It took from 19 to 22 April 2007 at the Kazakh Almaty instead.
The world champion was the Ukrainian Oleksandr Palamar , who defeated the Kyrgyz Kanybek Sagynbajew 7: 6 in the final. Igor Kupawa and Daniil Boguschewski took third place.

The 64 participants initially competed against each other in a double knockout system . 16 players qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
