Kosazke ( Ukrainian Козацьке ; Russian Казацкое Kasazkoje ) is a village in the east of Kirovohrad Oblast in central Ukraine with about 800 inhabitants (April 1, 2013) and the community center of the Kosazke district council .

To 19 May 2016, the site was called Petriwske (Ukrainian Петрівське ; Russian Петровское Petrovskoye and then was in the course) de-communization in Ukraine in the name Kosazke renamed.

geography

Kosazke is located in the east of the Raion Petrowe and borders in the east on the town of Shovti Vody , which belongs to the Dnepropetrovsk Oblast, and in the north on the district municipalities of Jossypiwka and Selene . The Rajonzentrum Petrowe located 18 km to the west, and the Oblastzentrum Kropywnyzkyj located 112 km west of Kosazke.

The territorial road T 1210 crosses the municipality in an east-west direction and in its east the regional road P 74 runs from south to north (until January 1, 2013 Territorial road T 0418).

Between Petriske and the neighboring village of Selenyj Hai (Ukrainian Зелений Гай ) lies the former airfield Schowti Vody with a 400 m long runway. The village belonging to the municipality Oleksandro-Marivka (Ukrainian Олександро-Мар`ївка ) is located on the Selena , a tributary of the Inhulez .

Community structure

The district municipality with a total of 1,092 inhabitants includes, in addition to Kosazke, the villages Selenyj Haj with 34 inhabitants, Lany (Ukrainian Лани ) with 7 inhabitants and Oleksandro-Marjivka with 228 inhabitants (April 1, 2013).
