The Koser (also called Koserbach ) is under this name a good 4 km long, but altogether (with the Great Koserbach ) but about 14 km long right tributary of the Schorgast in the Franconian Forest .

geography

course

The Koser arises near Kupferberg -Schmölz from the confluence of the source rivers Kleiner Koserbach and Großer Koserbach . The Great Koserbach is sometimes treated as the upper reaches of the Koser. After a generally south-facing course, the Koser flows into the Schorgast at Wirsberg , which is almost the same size there.
