Kosova (German Karlsberg ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) in southeast Estonia . It belongs to the Põlva Municipality (until 2017 Ahja ) in the Põlva County .

Population and location

The village has 78 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011).

The place is located 24 kilometers southeast of the second largest Estonian city Tartu .
