Kourtney J. Keegan (born September 7, 1994 ) is an American tennis player .

Career

Keegan started playing tennis at the age of nine and prefers hard courts. She mainly plays on the ITF Women's Circuit .

Keegan played her first professional tournament in May 2012 at the $ 10,000 tournament in Hilton Head Island . Keegan's greatest success to date was in 2015 when she reached the semi-finals at the $ 10,000 tournament in Charlotte , where she lost to Lauren Herring 1: 6, 6: 3 and 0: 6.

Keegan and her partner Brooke Austin reached the semifinals of the 2015 NCAA Division I Tennis Championships . At the end of May 2016, they won the 2016 NCAA Division I Tennis Championships and the pairing received a wildcard for the main draw in doubles at the 2016 US Open , where they face their compatriots Asia Muhammad and Taylor Townsend in the first round .

Keegan played her last international tournament so far in September 2016. She is therefore no longer in the world rankings.
