Krępa ( German  Krampe, Belgard district ) is a small village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship and belongs to the municipality of Białogard ( Belgard ) in the powiat Białogardzki .

Krępa is 14 kilometers southwest of Białogard and four kilometers southwest of Podwilcze ( Podewils ) on a land route from Podwilcze to Głodzino ( Glötzin ).

The village was owned by the von Podewils family until it passed into the possession of Otto Bogislaff von Kleist in 1788 . Ramens Starck acquired Krampe in 1837 .

In 1867 there were three residential buildings, five farm buildings and a mill building in the estate, which was inhabited by 35 people.

Until 1945, Krampe was part of the municipality of Podewils and is still closely associated with it today. The place consisted of a larger courtyard with a forest and administrator's house and some company apartments . The watermill, which was operated from the adjacent ponds, was characteristic of the place.

Krampe was in the district of Belgard (Persante) and belonged to the administrative and civil registry district of Rarfin .

Ecclesiastically, Krampe was in the parish of Podewils within the parish Rarfin in the parish of Belgard of the Protestant Church of the Old Prussian Union . Today Krępa is part of the Koszalin parish ( Diocese of Pomerania-Greater Poland ) of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland .
