Krasna ( Ukrainian and Russian Красна , Slovak Krasná, Krasnišora , Hungarian Tarackraszna ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Zakarpattia Oblast with about 3000 inhabitants (2001).

The village, first mentioned in writing in the 19th century (another source mentions the year 1810), is the only village in the district council of the same name in the center of the Tyachiv district .

Krasna lies at an altitude of 509  m in the valley of the Tereswa , a tributary of the Tisza , and is bordered by the mountains of the Forest Carpathians . Krasna is located 47 km northeast of Rajonzentrum Tyachiv and about 180 km southeast of the Oblastzentrum Uzhhorod . The T-07-28 territorial road runs through the village . The Tereswatal forest railway ran through Krasna and was abandoned in 1998 after a heavy flood due to severe storms.

In the village is the Maria-Himmelfahrt-Kirche , built from 1861 to 1879 , an architectural monument from the 19th century.
