Krešimir Kozina (born June 25, 1990 in Derventa , SR Bosnia and Herzegovina , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian handball player .
Career
Krešimir Kozina, born in Derventa, was able to gain international experience for the first time in 2011 with the RK Našice in the EHF Cup . With the Croatians he took part in this competition twice, with the best performance being reaching the round of 16 when they were eliminated by SC Magdeburg . In 2013, the 1.96 meter tall cyclist moved to Austria for HC Hard , with whom he won the title in the first two seasons in the Handball League Austria and the ÖHB Cup in the first year . He also took part in qualifying tournaments of the EHF Champions League with the Vorarlbergers , but could not prevail there. In October 2015 he moved to Germany in the Bundesliga for SG Flensburg-Handewitt . In the 2016/17 season , the cyclist was under contract with Füchsen Berlin , with whom he became club world champion in 2016 and reached the final in the EHF Cup. He then switched to Frisch Auf Göppingen .
Private
His brother Bruno also plays handball and is currently active for Alpla HC Hard in the Spusu LIGA .
