geography
course
The Krebsbach rises at an altitude of about 321 m above sea level. NN on the Franconian plate from an intermittent source north of the Roden district of Ansbach in the Zellerwegacker corridor, directly west of the MSP 12 district road leading to Waldzell .
The heavily straightened stream initially flows west-southwest for almost four hundred meters through fields and meadows and then changes to the south-southwest. In another art run, he now runs along the western edge of Ansbach through a green zone. To the north of Erlacher Weg , it is reinforced on the left by a small ditch and about 150 meters later on the same side by another tributary. The Krebsbach runs, now steadily over the year, from this inflow back to the west-southwest and crosses the Neuwiesen corridor , then the Hirschacker . There it bends sharply to the west-northwest at the confluence of a very short source tributary and a small field ditch. His path leads almost eight hundred meters through fields and meadows between the fruit had passed Gehäg on the right slope and the high forest on the left into a small hallway Bay, entering at the end in the deciduous forest, the left which Winterleite and right to Büchel Rain pulls , and squeezes through a narrow valley here. Almost half a kilometer down the stream it is fed on the right by the Rohrbrunngraben coming from the northeast .
The Krebsbach now runs on the southern slope of the Erlachberg ( 364 m above sea level ) westwards through its narrow forest valley, soon and almost to the end on the border of the districts of Erlach in the north and Roden in the south. It finally flows about a kilometer south of the Neustadt district of Erlach at an altitude of 147.3 m above sea level. NN in the Pfaffenaecker corridor from the left into the Main flowing in from the north .
