from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Karl-Otto "Kulle" Westphal (born September 9, 1957 ; † April 6, 2011 ) was a German singer , instrumentalist and voice actor . The artist became known both as the front man of the Fuckin 'Kius Band (initially together with Hannes Wendt) and as the spokesman for the comic figure Eckat von Brösel in all Werner films and a radio comedy .

Life

In addition to the primarily vocal embodiment of the cheerful and good-natured master Röhrich journeyman Eckat in some very successful films from 1990 onwards as well as in an equally popular radio series and a number of records and CD releases with the Fuckin ' Kius Band (with this also musical contributions to the Werner film soundtracks), it was also Westphal's public appearances that helped to establish his fame and popularity, especially in northern Germany. The stage shows of the music group, which appeared in the 1980s and 1990s with peat rock and later only operated under the name F ... Kius Band, were particularly spectacular at the time. Westphal contributed to this with his distinctive voice and his no less remarkable appearance. Westphal was not only a singer in the band, but also played the harmonica.

The artist died at the age of 53.
