Werner - Full Rooäää !!! is a cartoon produced in Germany in 1999 . It is the third feature film in the Werner series. The premiere in Germany was on September 16, 1999.

action

The Knöllerup building owner Günter Günzelsen wants to demolish a few old houses in the harbor district, in which Werner and his motorcycle rocker buddies live alongside other low-income citizens. Günzelsen is planning to build a profitable shopping center there. Werner and his friends do everything they can to thwart Günzelsen's plans. He sends the two policemen Bruno and Helmut, who are already known to them, and, when that doesn't help, even squads of Nazi thugs to chase them away. But Werner and his friends are persistent and repel all "attacks". Disguised as Adolf Hitler , who wants to build a new Reich on faeces, Werner causes the Nazis to clog Günzelsen's entire sanitary facility (“Shit for the fatherland!”).

The sanitary master Walter Röhrich, Werner's master, finally brings his latest invention, which is based on a large piston system and overpressure, into play. It is, as he says, his contribution to "sanitation and environmental disposal". The pump causes the gigantic fecal accumulation in the sanitary area to explode. He had to be smuggled into the construction site under a false name ( Siemek - Ruck Zuck Rohrreinigung ) because he was in a dispute with Günzelsen. He drove his Hanomag Kurier against an advertising column , which then crashed into Günzelsen's Mercedes-Benz SL . In order to fix the matter, he had to repair the garage roof at Günzelsen free of charge, where another disaster occurred. Finally, Günzelsen recognizes the disguised plumber on the construction site as he is about to drill into the gas tank, triggering another explosion. The new urban planning officer of the Greens , who - in contrast to his predecessor - does not allow himself to be bribed by Günzelsen, then closes the construction site. Werner and his friends as well as the other residents of the district have won and can stay.

Reviews

"Unimportant cartoon based on a successful comic strip, which is characterized by its grossness and complete lack of humor."

various

  • In the comics, Werner originally lived during his apprenticeship in Flensburg , in whose suburb Mürwik the Federal Motor Transport Authority is located. The name Knöllerup used in the film is obviously composed of the word Knöllchen and the ending "-rup". In fishing on the edge of which Flensburg is located, there are various villages with this ending (see also: Tastrup ). Flensburg itself is often called "Flensdorf" by the people of Flensburg.
  • In Flensburg there are always plans to build on entire parts of the Flensburg harbor , especially the area on its eastern bank. In 2003, some concerned citizens founded the citizens' initiative IG-Ostufer . In 2007, for example, there were plans in the town hall to build a new hotel on the east bank. This was rejected by a large part of the population and not realized. In 2016 the former Hotel Kayser's Hof was reopened as Hotel Hafen Flensburg after several months of renovation .
