Kultschyzi ( Ukrainian Кульчиці ; Russian Кульчицы Kultschizy , Polish Kulczyce ) is a village in the Ukrainian Lviv Oblast with about 1,600 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1241, another source mentions the year 1284, is the only village of the district council of the same name in the center of Sambir district .
The village is located at an altitude of 307 m on the right bank of the Dniester , 8 km east of the Sambir district center and about 80 km southwest of the Lviv oblast center .
Through the village runs the railway line Stryj-Łupków and south of the village, the territorial road T-14-18 .
