Kurt kicked back
Kurt back Came (* 8. June 1920 in Langehnen , East Prussia , now one of Russia ; † 14. March 2018 ) was a German politician of the SPD .
Recoil was badly wounded during World War II ; his thigh was amputated. After the end of the war he was expelled from his home and found a new home in Ravensburg , where he became active in the SPD. He learned the profession of radio and television technician. In his adopted home he campaigned for displaced people, so he was a member of the VdK and the workers' welfare organization .
Rückstieß was a member of the district council of the Ravensburg district and the Ravensburg city council for more than thirty years , in which he was parliamentary group leader of the SPD for twelve years. He ran for the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg in 1960 , 1964 , 1968 and 1972 . In 1964 he succeeded in entering parliament for four years. In 1969 he ran unsuccessfully for the Bundestag . In addition, he was long-time chairman of the local SPD association in Ravensburg.
Rückstieß last lived in the Bruderhaus, an old people's home in Ravensburg.
