Kurt Schmitt-Mainz
Kurt Schmitt-Mainz (actually Curt Schmitt ; born May 16, 1924 in Bingen ; † December 12, 2007 in Hamburg ) was a German actor and author .
Live and act
Kurt Schmitt-Mainz grew up in the German Empire in the province of Saxony and began his career on the theater stages in Meiningen , Dresden , Cottbus , Altenberg , Rostock and Erfurt . Towards the end of the 1950s, he moved to the Federal Republic, where he first appeared on stages in Hamburg. Subsequently, he became known for his appearances in television films and series. Kurt Schmitt-Mainz also worked as a book author.
