Education and culture

Catholic Church St. Marien Lütmarsen

In Lütmarsen there was a special school with a special focus on learning and schools for the sick. This was closed in summer 2015 due to insufficient student numbers. Asylum accommodation is now located there.

In the center of the village is the Catholic Church of St. Mary. The previous church, built in 1897, was demolished in 1967 and replaced by the current building.

traffic

The state road 755, as a branch line between Paderborn and Höxter, runs through the village.

The European cycle route R1 also runs through the town in a west-east direction.
