LEDA / PGC 73948 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sa in the constellation Cetus south of the ecliptic and is approximately 255 million light-years from the Milky Way center. It is considered part of the Abell 194 galaxy cluster .
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 530 , NGC 519 , IC 1693 , IC 1696 .
