action

Hélène and Julien are in their middle years. You had a marriage that fell apart. Hélène, who has been left by Julien, has never coped with and understood the separation. She builds a dungeon in a country house and invites Julien to talk to him. When he enters the house, he falls through a trap door into the cellar. There he finds himself in the dungeon. Hélène forces Julien to talk to her. Both talk about their marriage and it becomes increasingly clear which psychological problems the unstable Hélène has. Julien tries on the one hand to avoid important problems, on the other hand to bring Hélène to her senses so that she can release him. Hélène, who does not look to herself to blame for the failure of the marriage, finally tries to gass Julien. She had already built in a device for this purpose. In fear of death, Julien finally manages to free himself. Whether Julien Hélène will forgive remains unclear.
