The Schleswig-Holstein State Ice Sports Association is the specialist association for Schleswig-Holstein ice sports . He promotes u. a. the sports associated with it. Ice sports in Schleswig-Holstein include ice hockey , ice stock sport , figure skating and ice sailing . Curling and speed skating will not be offered as of 2019.

Sports and clubs in the LEV Schleswig-Holstein

ice Hockey

As of 2019, four ice hockey clubs are members of the LEV-SH. Of these, only the CE Timmendorfer Strand is active in senior gaming operations. The Timmendorfer ESV is active in the field of young talent. EHC Lübeck , also in the stadium in Timmendorfer Strand, and SV Brokdorf Barracudas are not registered in regular match operations.

The former ETC Timmendorfer Strand was the most successful club in Schleswig-Holstein and played between 1993 and 1997 in what was then the second highest division, the first division, and was runner-up in 1994.

Flensburg-Harrisleer EC , founded in 1984, played at times in the Regionalliga Nord in the 1990s. After the termination of the rental contract with the ice rink in Harrislee in 2003, the club was no longer active and left the LEV-SH in 2014.

Ice sailing

Ice sports clubs can also be found in Brokdorf and Halstenbek . The LEV Schleswig-Holstein has a total of 505 members. The chairman of the association is Wolff-Dietrich Prager.
