The Landwind CV9 , sometimes also called Landwind fashion , is a van from the Chinese manufacturer Jiangling Motors . The manufacturer plans to offer the car in Europe as well. While attempts are still being made in Germany to set up a dealer network for the planned market launch in 2011, the car is already being offered in the Netherlands. Other models are also to follow soon.

After the Jiangling Landwind and Landwind GS6 SUVs, the vehicle is the Chinese manufacturer's third attempt to gain a foothold in the European market. The vehicle is again rated by the trade press with two out of five stars, especially in the context of a comparatively poor crash test result. However, this result is mainly due to the very rudimentary standard of safety equipment, while earlier vehicles from Chinese manufacturers mostly also showed massive structural weaknesses. Side airbags are offered as an option for the vehicle, which is why they were not used in the test.

The vehicle will kW (97 hp) 1.6-liter in the basic version, with a 71 gasoline engine offered, in addition is a 2.0-liter engine, and later an electric version planned. The basic version was approved in 2011 by the Federal Motor Transport Authority under HSN / TSN 1568 / AAA ; in liability insurance, the vehicle was classified in the middle class 17 for 2012 .
