Larrosa is a Spanish town in the Pyrenees in the Huesca province of the autonomous community of Aragon . He belongs to the Jaca community . Larrosa is 1140 meters above sea level . The village on the edge of the Valle de la Garcipollera had to be abandoned in the 1960s because of the construction of the Yesa dam ; the area was afforested to counteract soil erosion and thus the silting up of the dam.
