Laura Negrisoli

Laura Negrisoli (born September 7, 1974 in Castel Goffredo ) is an Italian table tennis player . She took part in 15 world championships and two Olympic Games . In 2003 she became European Team Champion.

Laura Negrisoli first appeared internationally at the European Youth Championships in 1992, where she reached the final in a mixed with Massimiliano Mondello. From 1989 to 2009 she took part in a total of 15 world championships , but never came close to medal ranks. At the European Championships in 2003 she was European champion with the Italian women's team, in 2005 and 2007 the team took bronze.

In 1996 and 2004 Laura Negrisoli qualified for participation in the Summer Olympics. In 1996 she only appeared in doubles with Alessia Arisi . She remained without a win against Chire Koyama / Taeko Todo (Japan), Elke Schall / Nicole Struse (Germany) and Gerdie Keen / Mirjam Kloppenburg (Netherlands). In 2004 she was only represented in the individual competition. Here she defeated Fabiola Ramos from Venezuela, but then retired in round two due to a defeat against Swetlana Ganina .

With the Sterilgarda TT Castelgoffredo club, she won the Champions League in 2006 and 2007 .
