Nicole Struse (born May 31, 1971 in Haan ) is a German table tennis player who has played both nationally and internationally in singles and doubles. She is a multiple German champion (including nine singles titles, in 1987 the youngest German champion to date) and won several European championships , both in singles ( 1996 ) and with the team (1996, 1998 ) and together with Elke Wosik in doubles (1996 , 1998). In addition, she took part in a total of four summer Olympic Games between 1992 and 2004 . With 205 appearances, she is a record national player.
In 2004 she won the European ranking tournament Europe TOP-12 . By winning the eighth German individual championship in 2005, she replaced Hilde Bussmann and Trude Pritzi as record holders. In 2006 she won the doubles title with Wu Jiaduo .
Struse is right-handed and her strong point is attacking. At the end of the 2012/13 season, she ended her career as a competitive athlete.

On May 1, 2000 Struse was accepted into the sports promotion group of the Bundeswehr Mainz. In 2010 Struse is the ambassador for the Gay Games in Cologne . In January 2012, Nicole Struse hosted the TV show " The Perfect Dinner " in Cologne, broadcast on the private TV channel VOX .
