Lebreil is a village and a commune déléguée in the French commune of Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc with 174 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitania region .

The municipality of Lebreil was merged with Montcuq , Belmontet , Sainte-Croix and Valprionde to form the Commune nouvelle Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc with effect from January 1, 2016 . Since then it has been a Commune déléguée .

Neighboring towns are Sainte-Croix in the north, Montcuq in the east, Montlauzun in the southeast, Sainte-Juliette in the south, Bouloc in the southwest and Valprionde in the west.
