Belmontet is a village and a commune déléguée in the French commune of Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc with 153 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitanie region .

The municipality of Belmontet was merged with Montcuq , Lebreil , Sainte-Croix and Valprionde in the Commune nouvelle Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc with effect from January 1, 2016 . Since then it has been a Commune déléguée . Neighboring towns are Saint-Matré in the north-west, Le Boulvé in the north, Fargues in the east, Montcuq in the south-east, Sainte-Croix in the south, Valprionde in the south-west and Montaigu-de-Quercy in the west.
