Sainte-Croix is a village and a commune déléguée in the French commune of Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc with 65 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitanie region .

The commune of Sainte-Croix was merged with Montcuq , Belmontet , Lebreil and Valprionde to form the Commune nouvelle Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc with effect from January 1, 2016 . Since then it has been a Commune déléguée . Neighboring towns are Belmontet in the north, Montcuq in the east, Lebreil in the south and Valprionde in the west.
