The Republic of Moldova nominated three female and two female athletes for the World Championships in London . It is noteworthy that with Marina Nichișenco (née Marghieva), Zalina Petrivskaya (née Marghieva) and Serghei Marghiev three siblings belonged to the team who also had the same coach with their father Soslan Marghiev.
