Lentiai is a fraction of the north-eastern Italian municipality ( comune ) Borgo Valbelluna in the province of Belluno in Veneto . Lentiai is located about 18 kilometers west-southwest of Belluno in Valbelluna and borders directly on the province of Treviso .
The municipality of Lentiai was merged with Mel and Trichiana on January 30, 2019 to form the new municipality of Borgo Valbelluna. It last had 2959 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2017) on an area of 37.61 km². Lentiai was part of the Comunità Montana Val Belluna . The north-western boundary of the municipality formed the Piave . The neighboring municipalities were Cesiomaggiore , Feltre , Mel , Santa Giustina , Valdobbiadene and Vas . The communities Boschi, Canai, Cesana, Colderù, Marziai, Ronchena, Stabie and Villapiana belonged.
