Leopold Josef Mayböck is an Austrian regional and local researcher .

Life

The retired, while working u. a. employed in the fashion jewelery industry, local researcher lives in Schwertberg , has carried out numerous researches in his regional environment and also published the results of his work. In 2005 he became the regional governor 's consultant for homeland maintenance in Upper Austria. State Government appointed and Archive - curator ordered. He was actively involved in numerous committees and projects, including a .:

and is co-author of several homeland books of communities in the Lower Mühlviertel . Because he began collecting in the 1980s, he has an extensive private archive.

His current publication activity focuses on the Upper Austrian homeland newspapers , the Windegger event (newsletter of the Windegg working group in the Schwertberger Kulturring), supplemented by occasional publications in other magazines and brochures.
