Leutzmannsdorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde in the Amstetten district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were 83 building areas in Leutzmannsdorf on a total of 32,145 m² and 87 gardens on 161,589 m², in 1989/1990 there were 73 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 215. In 2009/2010 there were 300 buildings on 659 construction areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 408 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 24 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 419 hectares and 36 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 378 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 35 hectares. The average soil climate of Leutzmannsdorf is 44.8 (as of 2010).
