The building at Lichtingerstraße 11 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1900. The small villa on the corner of Stapferstrasse, which was built according to plans by the architect Johann Schalk , is a protected monument . Johann Schalk built further houses in Pasing and Obermenzing : Dachstrasse 35/37 , Rubensstrasse 7 , Barystrasse 3 and others.

The simple Art Nouveau building , which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , has half-timbered elements and a round stair tower.
