Linda Marlen Runge

Linda Marlen Runge (born March 11, 1986 in Marburg ) is a German actress and musician .

Life

At the age of five, Runge began classical piano training, at the age of 16 she also opted for guitar and electric bass and became a permanent member of the band Cosmocunts , now Rude Dude . On the side she wrote her own pieces, composed music for advertising jingles and worked as a spokesperson for radio commercials.

After she got to know the band Tito & Tarantula at a dance performance , she went on a European tour with them. Her close friendship with the guitarist and composer of the band Steven Medina Hufsteter finally led her to Los Angeles , where she worked with many directors and musicians who recommended acting to her.

After Los Angeles, she traveled to Mexico , Mexico City and Guadalajara , where she met her future guitarist Eder Perales, with whom she wrote various songs on her return to Germany.

In 2009 Runge moved to Berlin and continued to work as a musician, but at the same time began to shoot her first acting projects and her own short films, also worked as a model and secured her livelihood at the same time with several part-time jobs, including working as a geriatric nurse since she was 18. Runge often worked at music fairs, including the Frankfurt Music Fair and the NAMM Music Fair in Anaheim , California.

In 2010 she took part in the five-part TV show Tattoo Camp on ProSieben and gained an apprenticeship as a tattoo artist in Berlin.

In early 2011 she moved from Berlin to Mexico, where she lived for almost two years. With Eder Perales, Isaac Fernandez and Paco Rosas she founded the band Lejana , whose album was co-produced by Saul Ledesma ( Radaid , Ella y el Muerto ) and worked as a composer for well-known Mexican musicians such as Ugo Rodriguez ( Azul Violeta ) . a. on stage together with Camila Sodi, Alvaro Arce ( Los Impostors ), Leo Padua ( Los Viejos ), Sofia Orozco ( Fesway , Radaid ).

During her time in Mexico, she continued to work as an actress, screenwriter and director, made several short films and music videos, completed classical vocal training with tenor Maestro Eduardo Ortiz, lecturer at the University of Guadalajara, sang with mariachis and was also involved in rescue and mediation of street dogs with their project Florencia y sus cosas .

At the end of 2012 Runge returned to Germany, two weeks after her return, she was offered the role of Andrea "Anni" Brehme in the series Gute Zeiten, haben Zeiten , which she played from August 2013 to August 2018 and made her known to a wide audience . Also since August 2013 she has had her second band project with the Irish musician and comedian Chris Morrin called Blood and Honey .

A single by the fictional character Anni Brehme with the title Far Away was released on November 15, 2013 as part of the good times, bad times series , which was sung by Runge.
