Lino Pizzi (born September 25, 1942 in Rivara , Province of Turin , Italy ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman and emeritus bishop of Forlì-Bertinoro .

Life

Lino Pizzi received on 18 June 1966, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On November 12, 2005 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the Bishop of Forlì-Bertinoro. The Apostolic Nuncio in Italy, Archbishop Paolo Romeo , donated him episcopal ordination on January 22, 2006 ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Modena-Nonantola , Benito Cocchi , and the Bishop Emeritus of Forlì-Bertinoro, Vincenzo Zarri . The inauguration took place on January 29, 2006.

Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on January 23, 2018.
