Lisbeth Exner (born July 12, 1964 in Vienna ) is an Austrian author, publicist and Germanist.

Life

While studying German, Lisbeth Exner worked as a research assistant at the Documentation Center for Newer Austrian Literature at the Literaturhaus Wien . She also worked as a freelancer for the literary editorial team at Radio Wien ( ORF ). She received her doctorate in 1995 from the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Vienna with a monograph on Salomo Friedlaender / Mynona. Since then Lisbeth Exner has been working as a freelance writer. She has written numerous programs on literary topics for broadcasters and publishes articles in scientific publications, exhibition catalogs and encyclopedias. She is the editor of editions of letters and the author of several monographs, including one on Grete Weil .
