Lieselotte quilling

Lieselotte Quilling , also Liselotte Quilling (born November 24, 1921 in Frankfurt am Main , † June 16, 1997 in Pentling ), was a German actress .

Life

After graduating from high school, she attended the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts from 1940 to 1942 . She made her debut in 1942 at the Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt , where she was a member of the ensemble until 1945 . Here she took on the title role in Gerhart Hauptmann's Und Pippa tanzt! and embodied Melitta in Sappho .

After the war she got an engagement at the Städtische Bühnen Darmstadt , where she worked from 1947 to 1949 and took on the roles of Emily in Our Little City and Rosalinde in Was ihr wollt . At the municipal theaters of Essen she acted from 1949 to 1954 and portrayed Luise in Kabale und Liebe and Martirio in Bernarda Alba's house . From 1954 to 1956 she was Cleopatra in George Bernhard Shaw's Caesar and Cleopatra and Shen Te in Der gute Mensch von Sezuan can be seen at the municipal theaters of Freiburg im Breisgau . Since 1956 she was a freelance actress, from 1979 to 1982 she worked again in Darmstadt and appeared as a mother in Hays haben and Linda in Tod einer Salesman .

She appeared as Ingrid Sigbjörnson in the first episode of the science fiction series Raumpatrouille . After that, she had several appearances in television series such as Der Kommissar and Der Alte . She was the mother of two daughters.
