List of dishes in the Lorraine CdZ area
This list represents the German courts in the occupied CdZ area of Lorraine from 1940 to 1944.
General
With the reannexion of Alsace-Lorraine by France after the First World War , the French judicial organization was reintroduced. After the beginning of the Second World War , Lorraine was recaptured and temporarily treated as a CdZ area of Lorraine, i.e. not part of the German Empire. The court structure from the realm of Alsace-Lorraine (see list of courts in the realm of Alsace-Lorraine ) was only partially restored. A complete restructuring of the judiciary on the Moselle and Saar on the basis of the Nazi district was planned . But this was not carried out until the end of the war.
As a Court of Appeal not been Oberlandesgericht Colmar determined, but a separate higher regional court in Metz Senate as part of the Palatine Higher Regional Court Zweibrücken furnished. The district court of Metz and the district court of Saargemünd were created based on the model of the Reichsland. The Diedenhofen Regional Court was completely new .
