The old castle church stood in the former old town of Offenbach, at Kirchgasse 15, near Isenburg Castle . The church was destroyed in World War II. Only the tower remained as a ruin. The new church was built about a kilometer further east on Arthur-Zitscher-Straße. |

Congregation was founded in 1869 in the originally Catholic Bieber. In the same year the "Gustav Adolf Chapel" was built on the site of today's church. This was put down for reasons of space in order to make room for today's church. Church bears the name Luther Church. Since there is already a Luther Church on Waldstrasse in Offenbach, the congregation has appeared as the "Evangelical Bieber Parish" since Bieber's incorporation. |

The church, which was laid down in 1936, was built in 1701–1708 and expanded considerably in 1878/1879. The tower of this church dates back to the Middle Ages. A church for Bieber is mentioned as early as 1270. Oldest continuously existing parish in the city. Largest Catholic parish in the city. Together with the Holy Trinity (Buchhügel) forms the parish association "Bieberer Berg". |
