The following list contains the cultural monuments identified in the monument topography in the area of the Zell part of the city of Bensheim , Bergstrasse district , Hesse .
- Note: The order of the monuments in this list is based on the address; alternatively, it can also be sorted according to the name, the number assigned by the State Office for Monument Preservation or the construction time.
The basis is the publication of the Hessian list of monuments, which was created for the first time on the basis of the Monument Protection Act of September 5, 1986 and has been continuously updated since then.

The three-sided courtyard is open to the street with a parallel stream. The two-storey residential building is designed as a constructive half-timbered building with strong corner posts, symmetrically arranged man figures and sparingly profiled upper floor threshold without decoration. On the gable roof there are later attached towers. The windows of the residential floors with folding shutters and on the courtyard side there is a two-flight staircase with a desk roof. The large stable barn stands across the house behind the courtyard with a sandstone fountain. Opposite the house is a second, smaller half-timbered building that probably served as a retirement home. The large farm estate is an excellent example of a courtyard from the first half of the 19th century. | 1836 |

The oldest mill location in Zell is documented by the inscription 1607 in an entrance floor of an outbuilding. The residential building that is preserved today was started in 1727 and expanded in 1897; the mill was finally shut down in 1938. The two-story building stands on a high solid base and shows a thin but comparatively rich decorative framework with man configurations, diamonds in the parapet compartments, curved struts and crossed diamonds in the gable. | 1727 |
