villa 1905/06
The nursery owner Schultz had this villa built for him, he maintained his nursery on the neighboring areas . During the construction of the new building district (then Lichtenberg-Nord , today Berlin-Fennpfuhl ), the house served as the site of the construction management between 1972 and 1984. From 1986 (until April 2007) the villa was used as the registry office of the Lichtenberg town hall . - The villa was acquired by a catering company in autumn 2007 , which after reconstruction and some spatial changes have turned it into a meeting place for residents and a place for stylish family celebrations. In agreement with the district office, weddings can take place here again since February 2008.
