Schmöckwitz hunting lodge | The electoral Brandenburg court architect Martin Grünberg built the hunting lodge for Frederick I in 1702 as a one-story half - timbered house with a half- hipped roof . Today it is the last surviving example of a Prussian court house from the time of Frederick I, but it has already fallen into disrepair. On the occasion of the 15th Berlin State Monument Day - in 2001 - attention was drawn to the acutely endangered condition of the old hunting lodge. Thereupon the local media reported about a private investor who was deliberately letting the attractive lake property fall into disrepair for reasons of speculation.

Remarks
- ↑ The official address is wrong. The ice cellar is located on private property on Schmöckwitzer Straße approx. 60 meters further south. Not accessible due to dilapidation and nature conservation reasons (bat winter quarters).
